Weather in September
Quebec City is at its finest, during the autumn months in September and October. The trees blaze with all shades of greens, reds and yellows for weeks on end and the skies are often dazzling blue. You will get spectacular sceneries, whether you are in town or doing an excursion in one of the several parks and reserves surrounding the city. It usually lasts 2-3 weeks from mid/late September to early/mid October.
In addition, the so-called Indian summer (a warmer period) often coincides with the change of colors.
